The petitioner of record for your client's O-1, without your firm taking the role.
When the beneficiary has multiple engagements, works for a foreign employer, or is self-employed, Aventus files Form I-129 as U.S. agent petitioner under 8 CFR 214.2(o)(2)(iv)(E). You keep the strategy and the client; we carry the petitioner obligations.
The intro video is on its way. Everything it covers is on this page.

- 50+ firms served
- Petitioner of record on O-1 and P-1 filings

What Aventus does, and what stays with your firm
Aventus, as petitioner of record
- Signs and files Form I-129 as U.S. agent petitioner
- Acts as U.S. agent for the engagements in the itinerary
- Maintains the petitioner-beneficiary agreement
- Receives service of process and USCIS correspondence, and forwards it to counsel
- Keeps its corporate standing current for the validity period
- Coordinates with counsel on requests for evidence, amendments and extensions
Your firm, as counsel
- Legal strategy and the choice of visa category
- Preparation of the I-129 and the evidence package
- Client representation and advice
- Every case-specific legal decision
Aventus does not choose the category, give legal advice, or make promises about outcomes.
When an agent petition is the right structure
Multiple employers
Several U.S. engagements under one petition, with an itinerary and contracts or a summary of terms for each.
Your call on the category; our role is the petitioner.
Foreign employer
A foreign company with no U.S. entity authorizes a U.S. agent to file on its behalf.
Your call on the category; our role is the petitioner.
Self-employed or founder
An O-1 beneficiary cannot file their own I-129. A U.S. agent can file for traditionally self-employed workers.
Your call on the category; our role is the petitioner.
Employer won't or can't petition
No U.S. entity, no immigration capacity, or a contractor model the employer won't sign up to as petitioner.
Your call on the category; our role is the petitioner.
For paralegals and case managers
You assemble the package; we make the petitioner side predictable. Once a matter is accepted, you get:
- A signed petitioner-beneficiary agreement on the Aventus side
- Petitioner signatures on the I-129 and supporting letters on your filing timeline
- Support for the itinerary and summary of terms that agent filings require
- USCIS notices forwarded to counsel when they reach us
How a partner matter works
- Sign up as a partner. A short form with a few facts about your practice or the case. No commitment.
- We confirm terms. A member of our partner team follows up to confirm petitioner fit and partner terms in writing.
- Agreements are signed. The petitioner-beneficiary agreement, plus the itinerary and summary-of-terms support the structure needs, prepared alongside counsel.
- Filing and the validity period. We stay the petitioner. You stay counsel.

Government filing fees and any optional premium processing fee are separate and payable to USCIS. Aventus does not charge for legal services because it does not provide them.

Questions partners ask
Does Aventus choose between O-1A, O-1B and P-1?
No. Counsel chooses the category. Aventus serves as the petitioner once counsel has decided the structure.
Who is the petitioner on the I-129?
Aventus Visa Agents LLC, as U.S. agent.
What does the itinerary need for multiple employers?
The dates and locations of each engagement, plus the contracts or a summary of terms for each one. Counsel prepares it; we support the petitioner side.
Can the beneficiary's own company be one of the employers?
That is a case-by-case question for counsel. We will discuss the facts after sign-up but make no promises about how USCIS will view it.
Who receives USCIS notices?
Aventus, as petitioner. We forward them to counsel.
Is Aventus a law firm?
No. Aventus is a professional petitioner service and does not provide legal advice.
